The resort community of WaterSong is the perfect place to stay. It is 15 minutes from Disney World and conveniently located to all other activities. Experience the excitement of Orlando by day and enjoy the peace and tranquility of WaterSong by night.

Our 2 story Mediterranean-style home features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 2 living areas within a generous 3060 Sq Ft of wireless Internet enabled living space. Walking through the front door greets you with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light provided by the south facing sun.

The master bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a King Bed and bears a private entrance into the covered lanai of the pool area. The master en-suite bathroom offers a deep tub for a late night retreat and a separate stand alone shower.

The main room features a 42" TV with a DVD collection of the biggest blockbuster movies as well as board games, decks of playing cards and books.

In the game room, you will find a boom box to listen to your music while using the Legacy billiards table, air hockey or dual Pop a Shot basketball.

The kitchen comes with many upgraded electrics such as toaster, blender, coffee maker and crock pot. Standard appliances include microwave, oven range, dishwasher and refridgerator with ice maker and filtered water. There are enough place settings for 10+ guests.

The covered lanai is based on an extended pool deck and is home to the private pool and spa. The convenience of a 1/2 bathroom and outside shower make it fully functional. An added bonus includes the summer kitchen of gas grill and wash basin for meals. Sun lounges and patio table with chairs provide access to the south facing sun and overlooked conservation land.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms. The 1st provides a Queen Bed with a view overlooking the vibrantly colorful streetscape of homes. The 2nd offers a cozy Full Bed and a view over the pool and conservation area. The 3rd comes with 2 Twin Beds also with a view of the pool and rustic conservation land. The 4th presents a set of Bunk Beds and an Xbox 360 with games. All bedrooms have cable TV and high end clock radios.

This is a luxurious vacation home. It is the perfect getaway for families and fun. Those who worship the sun will absolutely love the south facing private pool and spa on those hot, sunshiny days. It provides a therapeutic escape while enjoying the abundance of natural flora and fauna. This has something for everyone.
