A stunning 2 storey home, situated on the desirable Sunrise Lakes Development, on Highway US 27, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World.

We have approx 3000 square feet of beautifully furnished, air-conditioned living space. Upstairs you will find the Master Suite with 6ft King Bed, TV/ DVD player, and lounge area. The Master Suite also has a large ensuite bathroom and an oversized walk in closet. Also upstairs is the 2nd bathroom, plus 3 further bedrooms – the 2nd Master Bedroom with 6ft king bed, and two Twin Bedrooms, one with Playstation 2.

For our guests unable to use stairs, we offer a queen bedroom with 5ft bed and bathroom, situated downstairs overlooking the pool and spa.

Downstairs the light and airy lounge gets the morning sun and leads onto the covered front porch, which is also a nice shaded area to escape the heat of the afternoon sun. The dining room will seat 8 people and leads through to the open plan family room, with Plasma TV and Surround Sound System, kitchen/breakfast area, again seating 8.

We have just added a fantastic new games room which includes an 8ft Pool Table, Darts & Stadium Football .

We have wireless High speed internet access.

A patio door leads from the breakfast area to the extended deck with screened pool, spa and elegant patio furniture. The pool is lit by fibre optic lighting which can be set to slowly change colour giving a delightful night-time display. The spa is 6ft in diameter and is controlled by a timer.

The pool and rear garden are westerly facing, getting the full sun from mid-morning until sunset, throughout the year.

Directly across from our house is access to one of the three lakes and a forested conservation area, which is a nice place for a stroll. Just a short walk around the corner is a larger community pool and deck area with a picnic tables and a
“Tot Lot” ( childrens play area).

There are, of course, many shops (including a new Walmart Supercentre), restaurants and golf courses within a few minutes drive.

Sunrise Lakes is situated on US Highway 27, just one mile north of US Highway 192. It boasts a Communal Pool and Cabana and a Tot-Lot for our younger guests. You are within walking distance of shops, supermarkets and many restaurants - including Starbucks for that must have coffee on the way to the Parks, Steak House, Mexican, Gators Sports Bar, Chillies, McDonalds and a great Ice Cream Parlour, for those with a sweet tooth. Championship Golf Courses are a few minutes drive away, including Legends, Reunion, Champions Gate & Southern Dunes. The Florida Coastline is approx 60 minutes drive.

Sunrise Lakes is one of the newest and nearest Communities to the wonderful Disney Complex, just 10 minutes drive. Whilst for the golfers the Championsgate Golf Course is just a few minutes away. Only half-a-mile away is a large Wynn Dixies supermarket, Post Office, ATM’s and just across the road is a Gas Station, whilst the lively 192 highway has all the shops and restaurants you could ask for. Sunrise Lakes is an exclusive, quiet community, very well maintained, with a mixture of permanent residents and holiday homes, just 1 mile from the 192 on the 27 heading North. Access to the Interstate 4 is also very convenient, leading to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, The Florida Mall, Kennedy Space Centre and the wonderful beaches of Clearwater, St.Pete’s and Cocoa Beach.

Guest facilities at Sunrise Lakes include a community pool, cabana and children's play area and villas have spacious living areas with private pools. 5 minutes from the community you'll find a handy Wal Mart supermarket and the popular HWY 192 hosting a vast number of restaurants, shopping, bars and smaller attractions like the crazy golf, dinner shows and gator airboat tours adding to your fun-filled holiday in the sunshine state of Florida. Florida has some of the best golf courses in the world and from this location you are between 2-10 min away from at least 10 excellent courses.
