Welcome to our new luxury 5 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms detached family home with summer kitchen.
Watersong is a new community located just 10 minutes from Disney World with easy access to the express way which will take you to the airport, Universal Studios, Sea World or the beach. (all within 30 minutes) Several world class golf courses are nearby including adjacent to Watersong the prestigious Providence golf course. Public access to Lake Toho is just a few miles down the road.
From the moment you pass the sculptured fountain and enter the beautiful gated community you will take in the natural flora showcasing Florida’s woodlands and lakes. Our villa is custom built and exquisitely furnished with your every need catered for. Professionally landscaped with south facing pool and spa, looking over a natural lake giving you water views from a private setting.
THE CLUB HOUSE
Facilities include a Cyber cafe, exercise room, arcade room, resort style pool and spa, volleyball and kids play area. The club house also offers full concierge service.

I just wanted to tell you that our vacation at your Watersong Villa was fabulous. The house was beautiful and just as you described it. The house is so spacious we never felt crowded or on top of one another even with 12 of us (3 families) in the house at the same time. There were plenty of places for us to spend time together as well as quiet spots for us to take time apart. I couldn’t believe that each bedroom and gathering space had its own TV. As beautiful as the house was the outdoor space was our favorite. The patio retained some shaded space all day long to allow us to sit and enjoy the outdoors on the comfortable furniture while the children swam in the pool. The bathroom with access from the pool came in very handy as well. While outdoors we had the pleasure of viewing the Florida Sandhill Cranes each day. These birds were beautiful to watch. Our vacation was planned around a trip to Disney and being only 10-12 miles from the parks (20 or so minutes drive away) this house was perfect. Our children couldn’t wait to get back to the house to swim or play in the game room, we all looked forward to the days we spent relaxing at the house. Thank you!

I was a little unsure if I would like staying in a house rather than a hotel. I have to admit I enjoy room/maid service very much. By the end of my vacation I had decided never to stay in another Florida hotel! I loved the cleanliness and neatness of the subdivision. The home looked just like the picture when we pulled into the driveway. When I opened the front door any reservations I had were immediately put to rest. The house was beautiful, emaculate, and spacious. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips, once we unpacked it was like being at home (but so much better)! The game room was well equipped and even had a mounted flatscreen tv (so did every bedroom and the livingroom and family room)! I love the weather in Florida and like to be outside. The lanai and pool/spa area were incredible. The summer kitchen was perfect for an avid barbequer like my husband. There was more than enough lawn furniture for eating, lounging, and even sleeping. No need to run in the house to use the facilities, one is provided on the lanai! Although the weather was very nice, during the early mornings and the evenings it did get a little chilly. No worries, the pool/spa heat are set at the perfect temperature. The view was stunning and the the wildlife made it serene and relaxing. The fist 3 days of our stay our family members from Orlando came out to visit us. They were surprised by how quickly and easily they got to the house. Also they were impressed by the amount of nearby restaurants and retail outlets near Watersong. That weekend we had 4 parents, 1 grandmother, 2 toddlers, and 2 teenagers in the house and all had a great time! We had plently of room to move around, enough tv's to watch what each person wanted, and the ability to all dine together. Equally inportant when everyone was gone and we spent the last 7 days alone because the house is so inviting it didn't seem to large for just 2 people. It made for the perfect romantic getaway. Marc was great right from the start of the booking process. He would always get back to me in a timely fashion regarding any questions I had. All of my family was impressed with the home. I have since recommended this house to friends and co-workers.

We enjoyed staying in your beautiful spacious home. The location was ideal. We enjoyed the many parks, however, returning home was so much fun especially for the grandchildren who enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. For eleven people this home was ideal.

Fantastic stay, we had a ball. We were a family of six adults and all of us were blown away by the villa. Location was great, villa was spotlessly clean, so comfortable and every want and need has been catered for. Many thanks to you and Tracy for making the booking procedure so easy for us. I dont think we will stay in a hotel again in Orlando and will certainly recommend the villa to family and friends, but not too many as we want to be assured of being able to stay again and again.

Staying in this luxury villa is the best thing that we could have done. We were close enough to the parks and shopping and still had the benefit of going back to this beatiful home in a private neighborhood to relax. The home was beyond our expectations and we will definatley be back.

The Villa is an ideal base for a family holiday in Florida, all the parks are between 10 & 20 minutes away and it is an easy drive to the Gulf coast and other locations such as Busch Gardens & Kennedy Space Center. We took 3 kids between 2 & 8 years in age who loved the pool and games room nearly as much as us adults. The furnishing and specification is the best I have seen especially the large plasma televisions in both the lounges. All in all, an excellent villa in a quiet and secure development. We will definitely be returning soon! "

This is an ideal villa for a large family group.
The games room went down well with my two boys aged 12 and 10 as did the large swimming pool.
Beautifully furnished and well equuipped with everything you could wish for. Will be even better once the club house is complete.
