Property Description:
The villa is fully air conditioned, and comprises of 2 identical master suites, which have full en-suite bathrooms, Both master bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the south west facing pool area. There are a further 2 twin bedrooms, sharing a third family bathroom. All bedrooms are furnished to the highest of standards, and include walk in/built in robes, ample drawer space, and remote control cable TV.
Living Areas:
The main living area, the lounge is equipped with Cable TV, DVD/CD video. There is ample seating in the comfortable sofas and easy chairs and alarmed patio door leading to the pool area. The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, ice machine & toaster), and the laundry is just next door complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board. There is a formal dining area which seats 6, but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast nook which has great views over the pool area.
Master Bedrooms:
The 2 Master Bedrooms are both ensuite with queen size beds. Each are equipped with Cable TV, and Direct access to the Pool Deck. The bathrooms have large corner baths and separate walk in showers, there is also his and hers vanity sinks All towels and bed linen are provided.
Other Bedrooms:
The remaining bedrooms are separate from the Master suites, and share a seperate bathroom/shower, Each bedroom has twin beds, Cable TV, and playstation.
Exterior:
One of the main features of the villa is the great South facing pool with a raised water feature. The area is not overlooked and in addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with 6 sun loungers, plus a table and chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. There is a ceiling fan to give a welcome breeze when the mid-day sun gets too hot! We also have a large double garage so you don't have to go out to a baking hot car each day!
Location & Surroundings:
Tuscan Ridge is a small development, situated to the west of highway 27. Restaurants, bar and shopping facilities are close by. Championship golf courses and shops are within easy reach. Our local management company are at your disposal for services and advice during office hours
