My extended family stayed in this Villa during June.
We were impressed with the space even though there was 10 of us.
The resort had a good business center, gym and large pool.
Although the villa was 20mins drive away from Disney it had a large supermarket within a 5min drive. I would have preferred to be closer to Disney and may stay at Emerald resort next time.
We found the management company very reactive we had to get a new pool filter and also a battery changed in a smoke alarm. They came within a couple of hours after the call.
I would use O4V again as the service for both car and villa booking was dealt with in a professional manner.

The villa was absolutely perfect and we particully liked the OVERSIZED patio round the pool area. We have stayed in many villas that hardly have any space for little ones to play outside of the pool. There was also an outside shower and toilet, which meant no need to go inside the villa wet! The villa itself was decorated and furnished to a very high standard and we just loved it. We would definately re-book this villa on our next visit.

Probably a little further south then some other locations but having said that it is a superb development which will get even better over time. New Publix supermarket about three miles away had just opened when we were there, so no problems with supplies. Beautiful clubhouse, excellent villa, modern and spacious not overlooked. Would seriously consider returning to same complex. Had a really good time, wish we were still there.

We have just returned from our time at this property and cannot say enough great things about it. It was everything we had hoped for and so much more. The house was absolutely fabulous and close to everything. We especially loved how the house backed onto a conservation area! The house itself was beautifully furnished and there was more than enough room for the 9 of us. John O'Neill was wonderful to deal with and we will most definately be contacting him again to rent our next property when we return to Florida in 2009. After renting a holiday home, we can say without a doubt that we will never go back to hotels again!! Many thanks for helping make our family holiday fantastic!
