Lambert Palms is our beautiful 5 bedroom holiday home, it is located on the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park which is only 10 minutes from Disney Theme Parks, and with several golf courses including the renowned Champions gate Golf Resort nearby, as well as the Atlantic and Gulf Coast with there beautiful sandy beaches, are within easy reach.
With nearly 3,000 sq ft of air-conditioned living space, this vacation home has 5 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms complete with towels and all bed linen, it is beautifully furnished and offers spacious and comfortable living accommodation, it can sleep up to 12 people (Great for family Groups), Downstairs there is a fully equipped Kitchen which includes a luxury ice/water dispensing fridge/freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher and several other appliances a breakfast bar with stools and a beautiful dining area for 6 people. Also downstairs consists of separate laundry facilities with a large washing machine and tumble dryer.
LIVING ROOM
The Family room has a bright and airy feel due to the cathedral ceiling. This room houses the entertainment centre which offers a cable TV, DVD, CD player and a Play Station 2 System complete with games! And Wireless Internet connection. A luxury leather settee, sits beautifully in the centre of the room, which can be pulled out to make a sofa bed.
FORMAL LOUNGE
Double entry doors at the front of the house leads you to an exquisite living room where a quiet relaxing time can be spent, there is also a six seated dining table for entertaining.
MASTER BEDROOM
Upstairs the Master bedroom has an American King-size bed, 19”TV with cable, bed side tables, dresser with mirrors, radio alarm clocks and hairdryers. The en-suite bathroom has his and hers basins, a huge walkin shower and a large oval tub with separate WC and his & hers walk in closets.
OTHER BEDROOMS
On The ground floor we have 2 more bedrooms one consists of a Queen sized bed and the other 2 x single beds and both have the following: cable TV, closets, dresser with mirrors, bedside table, radio alarm clocks. Between the 2 bedrooms we have the “Jack N Jill” bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower, vanity, wc & closet.
On the first floor we have a galleried landing which leads to two twin bedrooms, one being a Mickey Mouse themed bedroom both with cable TV, closets, bedside drawers, dresser with mirrors, radio alarm clocks, Between the 2 bedrooms we have another “Jack N Jill” bathroom which has a bath and over head shower, vanity, wc & closet.
RELAXING
Off the galleried landing there is a nook with a Chaise Lounge seat and coffee table for you to sit and enjoy a good book in peace or just relax and unwind.
GAMES ROOM
The garage houses the Games Room with pool table, fuss ball table, darts board and a portable basketball net. This is a great place for the family to have some fun.
POOL
Sliding doors leads you to the Lanai with a ceiling fan and extended Sun deck where you can relax or dine poolside on the deck furniture and listen to the waters from the raised Spa cascading into the 30 x 15ft extended pool. There is also a large shady lanai for those who want to keep cool, a perfect place for a relaxing and private vacation.
Also provided is an outside shower and toilet no more traipsing through the house to get to the toilet! Towels are also provided for your convenience.
