Our lovely new air conditioned home has 4 bedrooms - 2 with en-suite facilities.
The luxurious master bedroom with doors opening out onto the large pool area has a large luxury bathroom with large bath tub, wrap around vanity unit with his and her sinks, large step in shower and a separate toilet that leads out to the pool area.
The second luxury master bedroom also has a full en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity unit & toilet.
The further 2 bedrooms - one double and 1 twin share a 3rd full bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.
All the bathrooms have haidryers.
All the bedrooms have Cable TV and DVD.
The twin bedroom also has an X-Box with games along with several board games
All the bedlinen and towels are provided.
There is a telephone in the kitchen where you can phone locally free of charge. For any other calls you can buy a phone card to use with our phone. You can use this for all international and mobile calls. We find the best one is from any 7/11 store where for 23 dollars you get up to 9 hours of talk time. It even includes calls to mobile phone
The family room has doors opening onto the pool and spa area. It is beautifully furnished and has cable TV, DVD and several films to suit all the family.
The fully fitted kitchen has a cooker, over range microwave, dishwasher, side by side fridge/freezer with water dispenser and icemaker, coffee maker, kettle toaster, all pots, pans and cutlery etc.
The separate laundry area has a washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.
OUR LARGE GAMES ROOM HAS A POOL TABLE - TABLE TOP FOOTBALL -AIR HOCKEY GAME - BASKETBALL & ELECTRONIC DARTS. It is comfortably furnished with settee, side tables.
The pool and spa which is not overlooked at the back is a wonderful way to relax at the end of a busy day. It can be heated for an extra charge. There are 4 sun loungers and a lovely large covered lanai with table and chairs, allowing you to dine outside whatever the weather.
Tuscan Hills is a new prestigious secure gated mediteranian style community less than 5 minutes drive to the famous Highway 192 where you will find, restaurants, shopping, entertainment including - Medieval Times, Helicopter Rides, Crazy Golf, Boat Rides, Kissimmee Old Town, The New Fun Spot and More.
Disney Main Gate is only a short 15 minutes drive.
For your everyday needs there is a New Walmart Superstore less than 5 minutes drive where you can buy almost anything you need 24 hours day or night 7 days a week. There is also a Publix Supermaket just a couple of minutes drive.

Just wanted to say we are back from our fab 2 weeks stay in orlando.Our villa was fantastic and service from yourselves great.Shame about the pool heat not working but due to the fact of hitting a different theme park everyday we didnt have much energy left to swim :-). thanks again and hopefully we may have our own villa one day.
