As soon as you enter the villa you are greeted with a cool, bright and airy ambience in the open plan living area. There is a fully fitted kitchen which has everything you need during your stay.
There are four large bedrooms. The master bedroom has TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, large corner bath. There is a large walk-in closte with small wall safe. There is a Disney themed twin room which is popular with children young and old.
Our home is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all bedrooms for added comfort.
The lounge is light and airy and overlooks the pool and lake. It has cable 42inch HDTV, DVD and CD player with a selction of movies and cartoons.
A sliding door leads out to the shaded lanai and pool area. There are sun-loungers, table and chairs as well as pool toys for the kids but more importantly there is a private screened and heated 24x14 pool. There is a large double garage and utility room for any laundry. We get frequent visits from ducks, cranes and other local birds throughout the year. This is the perfect place to relax with a cool drink at the end of the day and watch the sunset.
We are 5 minutes from Wal-Mart, 10 minutes from Disney, 15 minutes from Sea World & 30 minutes from Universal & Florida Mall.
