Our Fantastic family run villa is situated on Highgate Park at Legacy Park on a brand new & upcoming area of Davenport Florida.PARK Villa is ideally located close to Disney's theme parks, many golf courses and all other major attractions; making this villa ideal for both a base for those fun packed busy holidays and the relaxing holiday with family and friends.
PARKVILLA boasts a 5 bedroom with 4.5 bathrooms detached villa over a 2 storeys. With plenty of room for a family or two.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen & a dining area. One of the bedrooms & living room on the ground floor, backs onto the pool. With a further 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. There is a tv in each of the bedrooms with a den that has ps2 station & video's. The villa is fully air conditioned. Inside the garage there is a washer & dryer machines. There is also a powder room downstairs.
