We are offering a new build executive villa on Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. The property sleeps up to 10 guests, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, . There is also a swimming pool with spa and two large deck areas, cable TV, 50” HD plasma, HD DVD player with a great selection of DVDs, WiFi internet access(so bring your laptops) travel cot and hairdryers will also be available free of charge. There is a big games room with pool table, air hockey and a basketbal shootout game
Master Bedroom on the ground floor has a King sized bed with a huge en-suite, dressing room &TV
Bonus Room on the first floor a Queen sized bed also with en-suite, dressing area and TV,
The two smaller bedrooms have an interconnecting bathroom, one of them has twin beds and the other has an english sized double bed, each room has storage for clothes and TV’s.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa that pulls out into a sofa bed suitable for 2 people, 50” Plasma TV with dvd player and Cable TV.
The pool area has 2 large deck areas with also a fairly big pool and spa. The deck areas has sun beds and tables and chairs for perfect relaxation.

For shopping there is a Wal-Mart Super Centre within a 5 minute drive. Orlando Premium Outlets and Mall of Millenia are located 20 minutes away on I-4, which itself is only a 5 minute drive from the villa.
