With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, stylish and spacious Orlando vacation home is perfect for families of up to 8 guests.

Located a short 2.7 miles from Disney, and close to many shopping centers and golf courses, this is the perfect vacation villa for your next Orlando area vacation.

Our townhouse is equipped with 4 TVs (cable service including HBO provided) as well as free high-speed broadband cable Wi-Fi (wireless 802.11g and 802.11b) Internet access. We have DVD players in every room as well as a library of DVDs, should you not find anything to watch on cable TV (with HBO). We also offer free local, long-distance and international calls to all our guests at no extra cost. We also provide a complementary welcome pack to make our guests feel at home upon their arrival.

Downstairs we have the Kitchen, Laundry Room (with full size washer and dryer), Half Bath, Dining Room and Living Room. There is a small covered patio off the Living Room over-looking the natural preservation pond. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils. All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied.

Upstairs is the Master Bedroom (with en suite Bathroom), the Second and Third Bedrooms and the Second Bathroom. There is a small balcony off the Master Bedroom overlooking the pond.

Traveling with children? You will be pleased to know that our townhouse is smoke-free and pet-free. It is also equipped with High chair, Portable crib and Stair gates for your use, at no extra charge.
