This villa has upgrades throughout and comes complete with Flat Screen TV in the Lounge and every bedroom and is perfect for watching all your favourites on cable with the family.
There are also TV’s in every bedroom so that everyone can watch what they want making sure that everyone is happy. There is also internet access available throughout the villa for those who want to keep it touch with work, family or even just browse the net.

The lavish living area has an open plan layout with high vaulted ceilings, ideal to relax whilst watching the Huge Flat Screen TV!! There is a lovely kitchen, which of course is fully fitted with everything you will need during your stay, including dishwasher, ice maker, cooker plus much more...

The first master bedroom is on the ground floor Fitted with a deluxe furniture package guaranteeing total luxury and relaxation. This bedroom has a king size bed for added comfort which is magnificent for climbing into for a relaxing nap after a long day at the Disney park or the mall. This room also has the added ease of an en-suite bathroom with a large bath tub and separate shower with tiled seat. The room also features a large walk in wardrobe in true American style.

The Second Master bedroom is situated upstairs and is elegantly furnished to a very high standard with upgraded king size bed for added comfort. This bedroom also has a large walk in wardrobe and a stunning en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and is also situated upstairs within the villa. The room is strikingly furnished with upgraded furniture and luxuries. It is perfect to relax in after a day in the Florida sun.

The last two bedrooms are fitted with Twin Beds and share an adjacent bathroom each bedroom with its own theme. The first bedroom is decorated in idyllic natural colours within a relaxing surrounding ideal for unwinding. While the second bedroom is decorated in an exciting Disney theme. With Disney murals, toys and accessories. This is perfect for the little ones to live the magic of Disney throughout their stay!!

The Villa also caters for the extra small Mickey Mouse fans with a cot and highchair available for use to make sure that everything to the last detail is catered for. There is also a Games Room inside the villa fitted with a pool table and air hockey, when Mickey Mouse gets too much for the children.

The use of wi fi internett is free to our guests as is telephone calls from the villa, a digital safe is available to ensure the protection of personal belongings while you are staying in the villa. The Tuscan Hills development is also a gated community ensuring that you are secure at all times.

The villa has a beautiful private South Facing Pool area with spa which is perfect for taking a day off from the parks and enjoying some family fun!
The pool has the feature of a safety fence which can be used to keep children out of the area when unsupervised and removed when required.
Once again this area is fitted with all the necessary furniture to make your stay in Florida more enjoyable. Plus a huge BBQ free for your use. We would ask guests to respect others and clean this after use.

The villa is air conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans in main rooms and out on the lanai. The villa is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. In the colder months the pool can be heated at an extra cost.

While staying in the Tuscan Hills community you also have the use of the onsite amenities such gym, children’s play area, volleyball court and tennis court and a palm garden.

The Tuscan Hills community is an outstanding Mediterranean style development situated on highway 27, one mile from the 192 with all its shops and restaurants. Nearby you will also find numerous golf courses, supermarkets wal mart and target, and only 15 minutes away you will find Walt Disney world. For those looking for a little bit of retail therapy you will find many malls in the area.

Tuscan Hills is a brand new development near Kissimmee that combines the timeless style and atmosphere of classic Floridian homes with the ease and sophistication of modern American living. This gated community has a large number of rental properties and would suit anyone that likes a relaxed pace of life, but with many facilities on-site, there’s everything for the more active person as well.
