Our vacation villa is perfectly located close to I4 ensuring easy access to Walt Disney World , Universal studios , Seaworld etc along with the brand new leisure and retail complex of Posner Park , making it an ideal base and location for a family holiday of a lifetime.
Just imagine after a hard day at the theme parks you will be home at the villa within minutes to kick off your shoes ( or trainers ) nice cold drink in hand an relax and unwind in the Florida sunshine , and dont forget to make the most of our fantastic 30 x 15 ft pool with raised spa and jacuzzi , ah ! what could be better.
The villa interior has been professionaly designed and furnished to the highest standards , but not forgeting to give our guests that space and comfort factor they require and with 2500 sq ft of living and sleeping space , we are sure that our most discerning guests will be able to find there own little “ chill out spot “ to reflect on the days events .
Orlando , Florida as you may well know is well known for its fabulous golf courses , and for keen golfers our vacation home is just minutes away from 6 major golf courses including Greg Normans Championsgate 36 hole award winning golf course and numerous other Disney golf courses are nearby.
For keen shopping enthusiasts all the designer shopping malls are a very short ride away enabeling you to stock up on all the latest fashion items at a fraction of the normal prices. Also for your daily shopping requirements supermarket giants Wall – Mart and Publix superstores are both within a 3 minute journey from the villa. Also the brand new leisure and retail complex of Posner Park is only minutes away .
We are sorry but for the full safety and comfort of all our guests there is no smoking and no pets allowed within our home .These rules are strictly enforced .

We want to thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us .We had an incredible time .It was so nice to be able to come home from Disney and relax with the Big Flat Screen TV .The beds were incredibly comfortable and all the furnishings were new and all the appliances were state of the art . The games room was awesome to play pool ,hockey and shoot hoops with the kids .The pool and hot tub were incredible and clean .The drive to Disney was perfect only 10 minutes which was perfect to talk about the fun we had at the parks that day and plan the next day .Also the grocery store and Super Target and Walmart were just minutes away so we had a great time shopping for food and cooking meals before we headed off to the park and dinner when we got home .This saved us a lot of money on food at the Disney Resorts .We have stayed at Disney the past 2 years Animal Kingdom and Caribean Beach and there is no comparison .This was definitely the best of the 3 years . We hope we can stay again next year . Thank You .

Thank you, we had a super time staying in your lovely home. Your home perfectly suited our requirements, with 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 lounges as well as the pool area and games room, we all had plenty of opportunities to have fun together or have our own space. The pool and Jacuzzi were top class, and we were very pleased to have the heating. We were happy to relax in the main TV/lounge, and everyone enjoyed sleeping in their comfortable beds! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of your home. It felt well cared for. The number of towels available was above and beyond what anyone could have hoped for! The situation of your villa is superb. We gazed at birds and cows in adjacent fields, while just down the road are all the shops and restaurants anyone could want. Access to I4 was straightforward and we had no difficulty finding all the main attractions. We had a great time in Florida; it is such an exciting place to spend a family holiday. We would very much like to visit again, as we know that there is so much more to see and do.
