We have taken great care in upgrading many areas of our home for your comfort, and to ensure you have a perfect vacation. Our funiture has been upgraded to include large comfortable sofas and hotel quality bedding. We have a pool table inside the home (instead of in the garage) where you can spend quality family time in a climate controlled environment. TV/DVD players in every bedroom and great room for your viewing enjoyment. There is a Sony Playstation2 at the home. Wifi High Speed Internet is also available at the house. All wet areas have upgraded tile. There are two master bedroom suites on opposite ends of the home to ensure privacy for both occupants. There are two twin bedrooms for the rest of the family.
The enclosed private heated pool & spa have been upgraded to include extra large decking with a covered lanai, so you can enjoy outdoor dining, reading, or other activities in all weather. Plus, you have shade from the tropical Florida sun. The pool area includes reclining lounge chairs, tables, and other great amenities.
Located: Davenport Florida which is part of the greater Orlando area. Bordering Disney, and with easy access to all the Orlando area attractions. You are far enough away for peace and quiet yet everything is still only a short drive away.

As our guest you have free unlimited access to ALL of Solana Resort's amenities: fitness center, game room, internet cafe, kids play area, sand volley ball court, practice putting green, olympic size pool and spa.
Our Disney Area vacation home is a single family private villa. It is all on one floor with vaulted ceilings to keep the inside temperature comfortable (no heat rising to the second floor). There is a two car garage should you want to park your car inside. The washer and dryer are located in the garage away from the living areas so no-one is distrurbed by laundry.
Solana is a RESORT Community that caters to families with children. The clubhouse staff plans free activities for kids like ice cream socials or kids movie nights. And Adult activities like Margarita parties. They celebrate the holidays too visits from the Easter Bunny and Santa! Teens love the clubhouse where they can use the internet, play video games and meet other teens from around the world. We'll share a full listing of area activities theme parks and more - even activities that are Free! Not every day needs to be at a park. We'll find more if you just ask.
