Before you may enquire to list a villa on Orlando4Villas.com, you must first accept and agree to our Terms and Conditions:

Terms & Conditions

• You agree to the Orlando4Villas booking terms and conditions set out by www.orlando4villas.com.
• Owner agrees to Pay a One Time Set-up Fee £20.00 or $35.00 per listing. Payment can be made via Credit Card or Cheque Orlando4Villas will assist you in creating your advert and uploading images ect, Guaranteed to be Live within 24hrs
• Verification Seals will only be provided to owners who provide us with Villa Address, Property Management Company Name  & owners current primary home address. All owners are required to submit proof of ownership. The Seal can Published on any Vacation Rental website. (Optional) Administration Fee £15.00 or $25.00
• Please make sure that the price you have set includes our 15% commission and also Includes Tax.
• All Owners have the right to accept or decline any Reservation made by Orlando4Villas within reason
• Once Orlando4 villas receives the booking deposit, we will confirm the booking details with you.
• The sites booking procedure requires the Guest to pay a $360.00 - £200 or 20% deposit to secure the booking. The villa owner agrees that 15% OF THE AGREED THE RENTAL RATE plus any PayPal or Credit Card charges on Deposits Only will be retained by Orlando4Villas. All other PayPal/credit card charges will be paid by the Guest.
• Orlando4Villas periodicaly receives bookings from 3rd parties i.e other travel companies which are offered to owners in which we recieve lesser or greater than 15% commission, owners have the rights to decline any reservation at the time of reservation.
• Orlando4Villas will send out all the information for guest to locate and access your home,  This must be provided each time we do a reservation for your home. The security deposit of $350.00 will be held by Orlando4Villas.Owners Requesting Security Deposit to be Held due to damage caused to their home must provide Photographic Evidence with a date shown on the photo from there Local Management Company within 24-48hrs of departure date . Any disputes are between the owner and guest. Any Legal action to obtain further monies must be taken by the home owner Orlando4Villas will provide Home Owner with all Guest Details
• Orlando4Villas will require your Management Company details for Villa Verification and Information packs.
• All bookings are be made through the Orlando4Villas website, and no direct contact information may be placed anywhere on your entry, other than specifically requested.
• Orlando4Villas will require your Management Company to provide a full report on any Accidental/Intentional Damage cause to the home.
• Orlando4villas reserves the right to remove any listing where complaints have been received regarding the maintenance/condition of the home.
• After accepting the agreement of a Reservation the home owners are responsible to return all deposit Payments in Full to the Renter If they sell their Vacation home, Orlando4Villas will not be held responsible for returning there commission from a Payment.
• Failure to honour confirmed and accepted reservations owners will be held liable to pay Orlando4Villas commission.
• Where the booking is taken within 8 weeks of travel the booking will be paid in full to Orlando4Villas. Once the money is received by Orlando4Villas, we will deduct 15% commission.
• If full Payment has been made we will deduct 15% Commission and then forward the Remainder on cleared funds being recieved.
• All Payments to Owners will paid by US Dollar Cheque Only or Bank Transfer Direct.
• Warrant and accept that the information with regard to the property listed is accurate. 
• Orlando4Villas will collect all monies and then forward Payments Directly to you the home Owner on cleared funds being recieved.
• All Deposit Payments will be sent to the owner once cleared funds have been recieved by us.
• Orlando4Villas will send out all the information for guest to locate and access your home, Please be assured this information will only be passed to the guest once full payment has been received and cleared by Orlando4Villas it will also be held in the strictest confidence on our secure server. This must be provided each time we do a reservation for your home.
• Payment to Owners will always be received prior to the guest arrival.
• Any legal action to be taken against the Renter will be the responsibility of the home owner, Orlando4Villas will provide full contact details of the Renter.
• Sales and Tourist Tax is the Responsibility of the home Owner.
• By using your username and password to log into Orlando4Villas registration area, you will be accepting Orlando4Villas Terms and Conditions.
• It is the responsibility of the home owners to keep all villa details updated including access and management details, Orlando4Villas accepts No Responsibility for any Inaccuracies.
