We stayed in this villa in July 2008!! We've rented vacation villas in Orlando and we decided to spend a little extra for a bigger house (extra family members that came last minute.) Definately well worth the money!! The house was really great quality and everyone had a phenominal time! We had an issue twice with the automatic door lock and both times they came out promptly to repair it. Definately looking forward to staying there again!!!

This home was more than we expected. It was our first time ever doing any vacation plans and renting a home thru the internet so at first I was very skeptical but when we arrived at the home it was wonderful. I would recommended to anyone in which I did already at work and for sure we as a family are difinetly going back to this lovely home. Thanks for the warm gift also. you guys made my vacation easier .

Thank you so much we had the most amazing holiday in this wonderful villa
We were so surprised when we arrived the villa is so luxurious and it had everything we needed
And more we really did well picking this villa as our friends stayed in one that was no where near as nice
And it was more expensive
Te large pool area was great the kids loved it,the table tennis and games room kept us all amused
Our teenages loved the playstatioin
I can go on more as this was just the best holiday we have had we were only15 mins from disney
And an hour to the beach it was just great and thank you for the welcome pack as we arrived late at night it was great to get there and to be able to have a coffee

We have just returned from a very wet 2 weeks in Orlando but having such a beatiful house certainly made up for the bad weather. This was our second visit to Emerald Island and this villa is outstanding. Its certainly home from home with smoothie makers down to strollers for young children. Everything in the villa is great from decor to soft furnishings, and all you could need in a kitchen and dining room. The parks are very close by and plenty of great restaurants just round the corner on the 192. Local supermarket is quite expensive but there is a Target up on the left on the 192 behind Olive Garden which is much better value. Only negative comment is that there is no BBQ but with the weather we had, we couldnt have used one anyway. I hope you all enjoy the villa as much as we did.

I just wanted to say how wonderful it was to spend quality time with my family down in Orlando. The house was absolutely wonderful. Everything you needed was right at your fingertips. The pool and the BBQ were a major plus!!! We enjoyed everything!!! The drive to Disney World was about 15 minutes. Marc was great person to book with and full of knowledge."

Our third trip to Emerald Island and certainly our best, the villa was immaculate and catered for everyone in our party (from 3 year old to late 60's). The large pool area and covered lanai meant we ate every meal outside. The decor, finish and cleanliness of the villa were all first class. We visited in April 2009 and I would definitely recommend adding pool heat. Having stayed in villas managed by other companies I would also recommend Orlando4villas who were very helpful , knowledgeable and professional.
Emerald Island is a lovely resort - and perfect if you are planning a Disney led trip (less so if you are more centred on Universal/ Sea W etc.) We made a lot of use of the Emerlad Island clubhouse and park.

Having recently returned from a two-week vacation at Villa Nancy on the Aviana resort, I just wanted to say thanks. The villa was absolutely superb, spotlessly clean and fairly well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay there and came back much relaxed. The kids loved the pool and we loved the fantastic lake view.

Hi,
We had a great time on our vacation, and the house was nice, clean and had everything we needed, the mattress on the master bed is a little hard but maybe that is because its new.
