We stayed in this villa for an extended family holiday over the Christmas and New Year period. There was 7 adults, 2 childen and a baby and the villa was just perfect. Everyone had their own room and there was plenty space. The house was very clean and has everything you would need to be comfortable - included TV's with cable in every bedroom. The highlight was the heated private pool and the games room - which kept the kids (and the big kids) ammused for hours! The house is very close to the Disney attractions. Walt Disney World is just a 10 minute drive. And the pretty town of Celebration is just a few miles down the I4. You're also very close to various shopping places, like malls, outlet malls and, very importantly, a Walmart. Take time to read the house notebook, it will answer many of your questions and it is very helpful. This is one trip that our family will remember for a lifetime. I would highly recommend this house!

This was our second stay at the villa and just as pleased second time around. The villa is spacious and always clean. The villa is situated in a private area and as a result is always nice and peaceful. Only minutes away from Disney, Shops, Restaurants, etc everything you need for the perfect holiday. Already looking forward to the third booking!

The villa was perfect, It was clean, delightfully presented with the dining table plated up and the little touches made us feel very welcome. The amenities were fantastic, the boys love the games room and the swimming pool.
I would not hesitate in recommending this villa to anyone that was thinking of having a holiday in Florida, in fact I have already passed on details to 2 different sets of friends. It was perfectly located close to the Disney parks with a great parade of shops on the doorstep. We are already talking of returning in a couple of years.

WOW!!! my family and i stayed at this villa for 10 ngihts, and it was absolutely amazing!!! i didn't want to leave, it was perfect. it was so nice and relaxing, and it was roomy and the pool area was absolutely fantastic. it felt like home, i actually started calling it home, just hoping my mom would get the hint and buy it for me, but that didn't happen :( the place was just so beautiful, i loved the kitchen, and i had the second master bedroom upstairs- and i had originally wanted the downstairs one, but it was beyond my expectations, and i have very high ones. the veiw was more than beautiful, especially with the sun setting, being able to watch it in the hot tub and just relax after a long day in the spa, which is big!!! so is the pool!!! the pool cleaner was very friendly and so were the people where you check in at!!! its was just wow!!! beyond words can describe. you have to expierience it for yourself to really get the full effect, i had 7 differnet timers counting down to the second i got there. and the wait and money was more than worth it. way more. it was just so amazing, and its good for larger families or two traveling together, or even a smaller one who just wants extra room, cause there was only 4 of us. i just couldn't imagine it to be any better, and i have a very big imagination. i'd be dumbfounded if someone went and didn't like it. the game room was great, i liked how the pingpong was out by the pool, the grill was nice, so was sitting outside and eating the steak that we grilled :) even though it is a little more expensive than some others, its far better. i looked at other one's, bigger one's that looked really nice on the outside, and were more expensive than this, but not nearly as nice as this. for houses and cars, looks are everything to me. and the outside looked fabulous, and the pictures made the inside look nice too, so i was a little hesitant, but it blew my mind when we opened the doors. it was great, and thank you to all the staff and owners!!!

we stayed in you villa for february 2nd to february 10/ 2010 and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. the house was just beautiful and we enjoyed our time in florida so much more because we had a wonderful house to come back to at night. we hope to come back again in a couple of years and would love to stay there again. we had to leave very early on the day of check out as our plane left quite early, i hope we did everything we were supposed to do and if there was any thing at all please email me and let me know. thank you so much for trusting us to take care of your beautiful home and we hope to come back again. the armstrong familys

Wow, what a lovely home! It was very well appointed with brand new bedding and towels. The kitchen had enough silver, plates and pots and pans to accommodate our 14 people. The pool and hot tub were perfect especially for the children. The location could not be better. We were about 3 miles from the entrance to Disney.

I was a little unsure if I would like staying in a house rather than a hotel. I have to admit I enjoy room/maid service very much. By the end of my vacation I had decided never to stay in another Florida hotel! I loved the cleanliness and neatness of the subdivision. The home looked just like the picture when we pulled into the driveway. When I opened the front door any reservations I had were immediately put to rest. The house was beautiful, emaculate, and spacious. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips, once we unpacked it was like being at home (but so much better)! The game room was well equipped and even had a mounted flatscreen tv (so did every bedroom and the livingroom and family room)! I love the weather in Florida and like to be outside. The lanai and pool/spa area were incredible. The summer kitchen was perfect for an avid barbequer like my husband. There was more than enough lawn furniture for eating, lounging, and even sleeping. No need to run in the house to use the facilities, one is provided on the lanai! Although the weather was very nice, during the early mornings and the evenings it did get a little chilly. No worries, the pool/spa heat are set at the perfect temperature. The view was stunning and the the wildlife made it serene and relaxing. The fist 3 days of our stay our family members from Orlando came out to visit us. They were surprised by how quickly and easily they got to the house. Also they were impressed by the amount of nearby restaurants and retail outlets near Watersong. That weekend we had 4 parents, 1 grandmother, 2 toddlers, and 2 teenagers in the house and all had a great time! We had plently of room to move around, enough tv's to watch what each person wanted, and the ability to all dine together. Equally inportant when everyone was gone and we spent the last 7 days alone because the house is so inviting it didn't seem to large for just 2 people. It made for the perfect romantic getaway. Marc was great right from the start of the booking process. He would always get back to me in a timely fashion regarding any questions I had. All of my family was impressed with the home. I have since recommended this house to friends and co-workers.
