Our family stayed at your beautiful home in Emerald Island Resort this past Christmas Season and we had a wonderful time! Our vacation plans began with a few glitches after our original booking got cancelled by the owner. After reading all the testimonials I thought it was worth giving John an opportunity to find us another location & He came through and how lucky were we? We got a beutiful home! It had all the amenities mentioned and the decor was just beautiful and yet relaxing. Upon arrival, we noticed a few issues that were quickly resolved efficiently and courteously by Phil. He was very kind and helpful during our stay. The Resort offered Celebrations and Spa Days during our stay and some of us took advantage of those - I encourage you to read your Welcome packet for those offers. We enjoyed the house so much, that we chose not to go to any theme parks, we just entertained ourselves in the pool and game room and within the Resort. The house was very spacious and allowed us to be very comfortable during our stay. The only advice I have is that the mattress in the wrought iron room be changed because it was very uncomfortable. However, this home has 4 King size bedrooms which is very rare, and it was nice for the couples to pick from. The 5 bathrooms allowed for our families to enjoy their own space. My sister recommended Orlando4villas.com, and while I was apprehensive at first, my family and I did select a lovely home.I was unsure if the house would actually look like the pictures that were posted, but when we got to the home, we were very pleased. The surroundings were beautiful and the staff at the clubhouse were very friendly and professional. The location to Disney and the many other places of entertainment were very easily accesible. My family and I will definitely return to this community. Also, I would like to thank Hazel and John for very expedient responses to my many emails. Thank you once again for allowing my family to have a great vacation.

My brother lives in Florida and asked me to check out your website. The website did not seem to have updated information. After finally finding and booking a reservation the owner changed some of the rental specifications and would not rent to us for less than 14 days. John took on the task of acquiring a unit for us. After several days and many hours of stress for both of us, John came through with a beautiful unit that we hope will be the beginning of a great vacation during the Christmas Season. John was very helpful and efficient during the process. I was nervous about not getting a unit right away but the many testimonials made me hang in there with John and it proved to be a very good choice. Thank you John for saving our family vacation! You are my hero. Everyone is very excited about the pictures of the unit and we can't wait to get there. (31 days and counting!) You will be our permanent reservationist for future vacations. Expect many calls! Sorry I had not sent this sooner, but I am a caretaker for some family members with critical illnesses and I have been in and out of hospitals taking care of them. Now I can concentrate on relaxing and planning our vacation activities since the home is already taken care of. Hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season! Maria...

The home we stayed at was wonderful once again. Our family has rented a house in Emerald Island on at least 6 occasions. We love that it's close to the amusement parks, grocery stores, and places to eat. The pool, jacuzzi, game room, video games etc keep the kids busy so the adults can also relax. The Emerald Island staff are EXCELLENT...from John and Wayne (homeowners), to the managment company, security staff, and Emerald Island office staff. I would certainly recommend Emerald Island...and the cost is VERY reasonable. It's an exceptional deal for everything you receive. We will definatley be returning...See you next year.

I have been using the services of Orlando4Villas for several years. The employees have always been so courteous and helpful. Being a returning guest has its rewards. They remembered who I was and recommended certain homes based on my previous stays. This year Wayne found my wife and I the home we have been searching for. This home was everything we wanted. Pool, Spa, game room, space, space and more space. I recommend O4V to everyone I speak to. This is the way to go. I will be returning to this house soon. Well what more can I say...this was our first time in renting a villa in Orlando Florida and could not have been happier we were helped by Orlando4Villas represensitive in choosing our home and location and was delighted on our arrival the home was beautifully presented and clean we were only a 10 min drive from disney and all restaurants and shops were within walking distance. the English chippy was just like home our only regret was spending 10 days there, we will be back next year thanks again for helping us choose a great home.

S our family stayed at this house from july 21 till august 6 2011. Had a great time. Place is clean. Pool was great kids had alot of fun. easily accessible to all Disney world amussement parks and also Universal studios. Very friendly security Guards. Would definitly return and recommend this house and O4Villas.
