When is payment taken?
Payment is taken within a few hours of placing your order unless you have checked the box Book Now & Pay Later.
Will I be receiving actual tickets, or vouchers?
We purchase tickets in bulk from the many attractions whose tickets we offer, and they are the same tickets that you would purchase if you walked up to the attraction gate and bought them yourselves we do not deal with vouchers or with coupons.
How come your prices are so low?
Orlando4Villas buys tickets directly from the parks, this means we have significant purchasing power which enables us reduce the cost of our tickets.
We need to cancel our tickets?
We can only refund tickets that have no left our possession. There is a $25.00 fee for cancellation of orders that have been charged. If we have shipped your tickets we are unable to refund at all please note that, once we have processed your order you can only cancel it or receive a refund in accordance with the relevant third party supplier's terms and conditions which may impose cancellation charges.
Are the Tickets the same?
They are the same tickets you would get at the park entrance, but at a lower price. Sometimes we get special tickets from the Parks, and the details will always be explained on Orlando4villas.
How long before you mail my tickets to me?
Please allow us seven days before they are in the mail. Many times, we may have them in the mail for you the very next business day.

Why should I buy my tickets in advance?
Buying your tickets in advance from us ensures that you will always be paying the best possible price. Buying in advance also helps you plan your trip, it saves you time by eliminating ticket queues at the gates and you will avoid any last minute price increases.
How do I get my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with the tracking information. By email for assistance. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order.
