Where the customer elects to pay by credit card, the customer agrees and accepts that Orlando4Villas will charge the credit card for the full payment against their order. This is to ensure that "the tickets" are paid for at current prices. Book Now Pay Later option does not guarantee prices. On receipt of ticket order Orlando4Villas will send an Order confirmation/receipt to the guest to show that we are in receipt of the order. Subject to the availability of your chosen arrangements and receipt of all applicable payments, the Order Confirmation will be sent to the party leader. Please check this invoice carefully as soon as you receive it, as any discrepancies can be rectified immediately, making changes later may not be possible and could incur additional charges.If we are temporarily out of stock, we reserve the right to despatch tickets within 14 days of your booking.Please check this invoice carefully as soon as you receive it. Our system allows you to book now and pay for your Attraction Tickets when you make your final payment on your vacation rental home, If you cancel your Attraction Ticket Order a cancellation fee of £35.00 or $70.00 will apply by way of compensation to orlando4villas, this will be applied to your final balance on your vacation rental home.

Please note, changes and errors occasionally occur. You must check the price of your chosen arrangements at the time of booking. The prices on our website change from time to time due to movements in exchange rates and other factors. Subject to the correction of errors, however we guarantee that the price quoted on your booking confirmation will not change unless you make an amendment to the booking details.If full payment is not received at the time of booking, we have the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. Please Note prices are Not guaranteed when choosing the book now and pay later option
Shipping Options:
Hard copy ticket purchases will be delivered to the shipping address given for bookings purchased 18 days or more in advance. Please note, tickets cannot be replaced if lost. We accept no responsibility for items sent via Recorded Delivery. Please note, the shipping address must be the same as the billing address. We will only ship to billing addresses to conform Orders received Monday - Saturday after 1 pm, will be shipped the following business day. Orders received on Sunday will be processed but will not ship out until the following Monday. Tickets shipped, picked up or delivered cannot be cancelled or returned due to contractual obligations with the theme parks. Prices are subject to change.

We use FedEx to ensure ticket delivery and satisfaction. Packages will only be delivered to the credit card's billing address or a verifiable work address for the card holder. Please allow 24-48 hours processing time within regular business days. Please Note FedEx do not deliver to P.O Boxes)
Type of Tickets.
Orlando4Villas offer hard copy tickets for all attractions, except where a voucher is denoted or for Discovery Cove which is produced by Discovery Cove as an E-Ticket. Ticket collections with a voucher are collected at the first park visited upon presentation of the voucher number and the lead passenger passport. Customers are required to check tickets for validity and we will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies not reported prior to travel. We reserve the right to use a voucher if necessary. Vouchers are valid for 60 days from date of issue, which is normally 14 days before travel. We cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies
Cancellation and Return Policy
Due to our special contracts with the theme parks and other partners we are required to adhere to strict refund policies. The theme parks emphasize and practice a very strict NO RETURN policy, and we as a partner must abide
1. There are no refunds under any circumstances
2. The shipping option is your choice. We are not responsible for the US Postal Service, Federal Express, or United Parcel Service in the event that you do not receive your package prior to your vacation, regardless of the expiration dates.
3. Weather, illness, or any other emergencies do not reflect a change in our no refund- no exchange policy.
Wrong Address
Please note that we are not responsible for customers who provide us with the wrong delivery address and no refunds or exchanges will be provided if the result of an incorrect address is a lost package. Once orders are placed, any address changes incur a $15.00 change fee.
Book Now Pay Later Tickets

When you book with Orlando4Villas Attraction tickets, You will be required to enter your Booking ID Number as a guarantee. Applicable for ticket orders made with in a 12 month period.
Force Majeure
We regret we cannot accept responsibility where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected or you otherwise suffer any loss, damage or expense of any nature as a result of "force majeure". In these booking conditions, "force majeure" means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
