The villa will easily sleep 10 people making it an excellent accommodation choice for two families or for a party of friends sharing.
The villa is luxuriously decorated to an exceptional standard with comfort and relaxation uppermost in mind. We have went out of our way to make this villa stand out from all the rest by adding a wealth of little personal touches such as a complimentary bottle of champagne on arrival for every special guest, presents under the tree at Xmas and chocolate eggs at Easter. Our motto will always be to treat our guests the way we would like to be treated ourselves.
We have tried to ensure that the children have plenty to entertain themselves with when chilling out at the villa. We have just equipped the games room with a pool table, football table, Playstation with games, CD player, an electronic dartboard with safety darts, and for those wanting to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Aviana 2 mountain bikes and three fishing rods. table and chairs and not forgetting we have a TV/DVD player in every room. For those keep fit fanatics we have also supplied an exercise bench and exercise ball. We have also installed wireless internet access for those wanting to use their laptop.
The resort of Aviana is situated just off the 1792, it is perfectly sited for all of the Disney attractions which are only a 15 minute drive. Other Orlando Attractions such as Universal studios, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and all of the fantastic shopping malls are all within a 25 minute drive.

Beautiful home
The house was clean and beautiful. My only complaint was the pool and jacuzzi. The pool was not clean and you have to pay for a heated jacuzzi. Paying wasn't the issue the issue was getting in touch with the owners to get the heat turned on. The rental company said I had to contact the owners but didn't have any info to do so. But overall all on a scale of one to ten, I'd give it a eight.
