Beautiful 4 Bed Pool Spa and Games Room

Great home and support from management company

We spent a week with our friends - everything went smoothly. Natalie was awesome with the few questions we had and assisted in fixing a remote & fan issue immediately. We hosted a college men’s & women’s tennis team for a meal and the kids loved the rec room, pool & space to relax. Great week & property.

Great property. Brilliant location.

This property was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. It was lovely! Had everything our family needed in a great location for Disney theme parks, restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc. Paying a bit extra for pool heating was worth it as it meant, even on dull/cooler days, my kids could enjoy the pool. The resort itself was very well maintained and staff at the main complex very friendly and helpful, security staff also. Very impressed with this resort. Prompt reply from the property management company to any queries we had. We’ll be back!

Clean nice

The house was clean and nice. The pool was cool even though we paid for heat. No iother issues. The location is terrific and the security appeared very good in this gated community. We would go back.

Perfect!

We have been renting Vacation Villa's at Emerald Island Resort for many years, all have been wonderful, but this was truly our favorite. Villa and pool area were clean and ready for us upon arrival. Villa is nicely update and stocked with everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. Kudos to the management company and to the owners. We will definitely rent again.

Relaxing and Fun Time

This house was as described everything is just as in the photos, the property was clean for the most part except for some linen issues, on arrival (we drove 16 hours) we were tired so inspecting everything on the first day was a little hard however, the Queen and King Masters linen had hair on the pillows and linen (my nephew & his wife also found crumbs in their bed in the queen master) I called and sent a message, got a response within 24 hrs (Helen brought new linen to the house the next day we both agreed that the linen was more than likely cleaned however, it may have been done in a rush on a full load (so everything was not as clean as appeared). The pool was wonderful we spend most of our days in the pool, we also would recommend 1 some type of air (air conditioning or ventilation) in the game room especially in the summer it was too hot in there to enjoy this room,so we sent the children (we rented 2 properties it was a family of 20 total)to the other house to use the game room their (it had air conditioning),2 unlock the pantry we had to reorganize the kitchen cabinets in order to put food away (there's no cabinet space for groceries, 3 place some type of insect bait because my husband spent time killing very large bugs that got into the house we believe from the garage area (game room) because that's were we saw a few. All and All it was a wonderful vacation property

Excellent location, perfect house

The listing description was accurate regarding the location. The property was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this villa to anyone, who would need an accommodation up to 8 persons. Excellent location for Orlando parks, shops, and restaurants! Secured resort, with helpful reception team.

Great property in a great location.

What attracted me to the property before booking was the lack of palm tree furniture and decoration that lots of holiday rentals in Orlando seem to have. The individuality of the property really appealed, and it looked even better on viewing than it does in the photos. We are a family of 3, so the size of the villa was more than enough for our needs, and I can see it comfortably being able to hold 8 people. The finishing a to the villa were all I a high standard, and the villa looked clean and fresh. One of the touches that I really liked was the books that were I the villa. As an avid reader, having some spare reading books was a great touch. The kitchen was well equipped if you intend to cook at home - plenty of utensils, towels etc which can sometimes be lacking. The Xbox in the living room was a benefit for us, as we always knew where we could find our child! The only minor downside was the quality of the mattress in the master bedroom. It was very thin and lacked some support. Once we got used to it, we managed fine, but found the mattress in the double room to be much more supportive and comfortable. Apart from that minor note, the property is one of the best that we have stayed in, and I definitely hope to book it again in future.

Hi, Many thanks for your lovely review it is always nice to receive feedback to see where improvements can be made hearing positive thoughts on what we have done so far with the villa. We must have gone out after you as we agreed about the mattress and purchased a complete bed while we were out there. We have also added a couple of loungers and a new basketball game is about to go in to replace the old air hockey game in the garage. We do hope that if you visit Florida again you will look to try our villa again.

Pleasant Stay

We had a pleasant stay at our Villa. The master bedroom shower was leaking and when we called the management company fixed it I a day. Very well kept and the home was very clean and enjoyable. We hope to return next year.

Fantastic

This is the second time we vacationed at Emerald Island Resort and it was just as great as the first time. Clean, well appointed and fun. We had 4 grandchildren (8 and under) and they loved it. We will return.
