House is nice and spcious but in need of updating
The community where the house is located is very nice - clean, safe, friendly staff and nicely kept landscaping throughout the community. The house itself is quite large with spacious rooms, more than ample closet space, lots of bathrooms and a wonderful 'game room' in the garage with a pool table and air hockey table. The pool and deck outside are also a good size with lots of sun exposure. While the house was nicely decorated - bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room - it is in need of updating as everything is starting to get quite worn. For example, the furniture in the TV room beside the kitchen was stained and smell musty, the drawers in the dressers of the downstairs master bedroom are all falling out (the sliding tracks have all broken) and there were a few tiles in the kitchen that were cracked or broken. There was obviously some work that had been done to one of the walls in the main floor bedroom and the drywall hadn't been repainted. Probably not a lot of work required to get the house back to the way it looks in the photos, but it definitely needs to be done.
