Fully furnished and equipped with quality and tasteful furniture this air conditioned 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is just perfectly located in the beautiful Emerald Island Resort, the perfect community to base your Florida vacation.
The family room in the home has comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV and Blu Ray player and an X box 360 with controllers
All bedrooms also have flat screen TV's and ceiling fans for your additional comfort.
The kitchen and bathrooms in the home have had attractive and practical granite tops installed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare snacks and family meals including a Keurig coffee machine for guests use.
There are two master bedrooms in the villa, one has a King bed and the other a Queen, Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have two twin (single) beds in each. All bedrooms have ample closet and drawer storage space.
The garage at the property has been converted into a game room for some family fun, there is a high quality slate pool table installed and a foosball table for your enjoyment!
Moving out back of the home you will find your own private screened in swimming pool. There is also a shady covered area for some shade if the Florida sun gets too much for you!

HOLIDAY VILLA KISSAMEE
We stayed at emerald island resort property sw4007,the property had everything we needed it was clean and very comfortable it had 4 lovely bedrooms 2 with baths and showers and 1 bath and shower between the other two bedrooms it was easy to find only about 5 minutes to the Disney parks. if we needed anything the property management company were very helpful in sorting it out for us, we booked through orlando4 villas as we have done the last four times they are absolutely brilliant I wouldn't go anywhere else to book a holiday villa in florida. this whole experience was absolutely brilliant.
