Very nice house, overpriced however for the market. Clearly not used often because of this
This is a very nice house, and thankfully the person who is the property manager continued to come when called otherwise we would have had a miserable time. We traveled with 8 guys for a golf trip. Upon arrival, most of the TV's could not be turned on as batteries were dead in the remote controls. This was fixed. Their were constant issues all weekend with the pool/hot tub. When you had the heater on for the hot tub, the temperature got to a point where you couldn't sit in it long it was so hot. Otherwise, if this was off it was the same temp as the pool. We had to keep going outside to get the heater to go on as it showed service on it. On our very first morning there was no hot water for showers, so we all had to take cold showers. The house was nice, but I paid 7200 USD for a 5 night required stay, and I would expect that there would not be issues like we had.
