Imagine a vacation like no other spent in a 9 bedroom, 10 bathroom custom luxury lakefront pool villa. The Formosa Grand is located in the exclusive gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates and is one of the closest communities to Disney property (less than 10 minutes!) No expense was spared in this gorgeous estate which also makes it an ideal setting for intimate weddings.

You will be wowed as soon as you enter and take note of the polished marble floors, grand staircase, marbled pillars, 20 ft high ceilings & baby grand piano. The main living area has 2 separate seating areas with a large wall mounted flat screen TV for viewing when you aren't taking in the views of the pool and lake. As you make your way into the open concept kitchen & dining area, you will immediately notice the custom details and picturesque view overlooking the pool area & lake. The kitchen is fully stocked if you decide to prepare your own meals and a Keurig is provided for coffee lovers. Granite counter tops and large bar area with plenty of seating and prep space help to make this space a chef's dream & perfect for entertaining. The dining table has seating for 10. There is also a wine cellar with bar & cooler adjacent to the kitchen. The laundry room is on the main floor with a large washing machine & twin dryers for guest use.

There are 5 bedrooms on the main level and all feature luxury linens, flat screen TV's & their own attached bath!
Bedroom 1: King bed with lounge area, walk in closet & shower
Bedroom 2: King 4 poster bed with separate dining/seating area. Private access to the pool. En suite with double vanity, whirlpool tub & walk through shower.
Bedroom 3: King bed with private pool access & walk in shower
Bedroom 4: Also known as the "Chill Room" Elevated king bed with starlight ceiling. Large flat screen TV with surround sound, leather couch & walk in shower.
Bedroom 5: Star Wars themed room with 2 sets of bunk beds (full sized beds sleeping 8) There is a dual games arcade system with over 700 games as well as a XBox 360 (games not provided) There is also an en suite with shower.

You can choose from 2 separate staircases to make your way to the upstairs living area. The upper balcony overlooks the downstairs & has seating areas provided. A desk/work space with computer is available for those that may need to keep in touch with work while away. There is a movie room with 150 inch screen with surround sound & seating for 16 on comfortable couches. Also in this room is a pool table, wet bar & a total body nautilus machine. This room has a southwest facing balcony that is perfect for watching sunsets.

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs that contain luxury linens, flat screen TVs & their own bath!

With over 120 ft of balconies, outdoor kitchen & infinity pool and spa, you may never want to come inside! The outdoor pool area features a paved pool deck with a 55ft south facing infinity edge pool with cascading waterfall and integrated spa overlooking the lake. You are sure to see an abundance of wildlife! There is an outdoor kitchen, large dining table with seating for 8, luxury loungers and couches and even a full bath! The upper balcony is 80ft & overlooks the lake & lower pool area. There are couches, loungers & a flat screen TV for entertainment and relaxing.
