Located in Hampton Lakes community in Davenport, Villa Asileus (ah-silly-us) our stunning villa offers 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The lovely home is like brand new with an industrial contemporary design theme featuring all things Mickey! The owners love Disney and wanted to offer their guests a truly magical vacation home. The home has fresh new paint inside and out with brand new wood look tile and carpet throughout the home. The entire kitchen has been replaced with new cabinetry and appliances with quartz countertops to give an updated sleek appearance. As you enter the home, you will have a view straight through the entire open floor plan. Just off the entry to the left is bedroom 4, featuring a queen bed, flat panel TV and an ensuite bath. This is master bedroom 2. Just off the entry you will find the family room shared with the dining room. There is comfortable seating for your family and the dining table seats 6. to the right, you will find a short hallway leading to bedrooms 2 and 3 and a shared bath, Shared bath has a new vanity with a single sink and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and flat panel TV. Bedroom 3 offer sleeping for 4 with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There is a flat panel TV on the wall and a Nintendo Switch for guest use. Just off the living room is the master bedroom featuring a king bed and flat panel TV. This room overlooks the pool but does not offer pool access directly. The windows facing the pool area have pool alarms attached for your security. The ensuite bathroom features a double sink and a shower/tub combo.
You will then enter the kitchen that has been fully equipped for your convenience and quick family meal preparation for some quality family time. There is a large refrigerator, range with microwave and dishwasher for your convenience. The large breakfast bar has lots of drawer and cabinet storage with seating for 3.
The living room overlooks both the pool and kitchen area so you can stay in touch with the whole family no matter who is cooking, watching TV or playing in the pool area. The 65 in TV has a sound bar for excellent sound quality. There are a few games, movies and books for guest enjoyment. A tall working desk in the living room is the perfect spot to get some work done or write a nice message to the owners in the guest book. The oversized pool deck offers a fantastic lake view and is south facing for maximum sunshine. There is no lanai but there are 2 umbrellas that can be opened for some shade, if needed. There is table seating for 4 and 2 sun loungers and an outdoor rocking chair to enjoy a spectacular view on a beautiful Florida day.
