Hi,Welcome to our luxurious home in the sun !!
Our Home is a luxurious 4 bed villa with private pool,spa,games room and free WiFi. The villa is situated at Highgate Park in Davenport,which is a fabulous,gated community just 15 minutes drive from Disney !
There are 4 spacious bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king size bed,32" flat screen TV,patio doors to the pool area and a lovely,spacious en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a king size bed and a 32" flat screen TV. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV in each.
There are 2 spacious lounge areas to relax in after a long day exploring "the parks".The living room has a 50" flat screen TV,DVD and patio doors to the pool.
As well as formal dining there is further dining space in the nook and pool side.
The Games Room has pool,air hockey,basket ball and darts.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped so you can prepare a full meal ,if required.
There is a laundry room with a clothes washer and drier to help you keep the laundry under control.
There is a lovely patio area around the pool and jacuzzi with loads of chairs and loungers so everyone can soak up that Florida sunshine!
There are loads of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets a short drive along highways 27 & 192.
Walmart,Target and Publix supermarkets are all within 5 minutes drive.

Good for the price.
This was a very nice house for the price. There were plenty of towels and the rooms were a good size. The pool was wonderful. The games room however was a little below par. The pool table was unlevel so the balls randomly rolled and the air hockey table didn't work at all. The balls for the basketball were deflated. Other than that the house was comfortable and clean.
