Our 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, fully furnished executive Florida villa is the perfect place to recover after an exciting day at the parks, or a long drive at the golf course.
The 28 foot sun drenched pool has a covered lanai providing the ideal surroundings to eat 'al fresco', whilst those who wish to can relax in the luxurious patio furniture in between dipping into the pool. Also provided is a child safety fence for use around the pool. fully air conditioned villa, comprises of the King size and two twinned bedrooms, all of which have their own TV.
On entering the house, you will find a large spacious tastefully decorated formal lounge area with ample seating. This room also incorporates the formal dining area. This leads into a fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator/freezer and microwave and oven/hob, with a breakfast bar/nook, and informal dining area.
In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests, we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa, although we do provide ash trays for use on the pool deck. Our home is managed locally, so you always have someone to call in the unlikely event of needing any assistance. The home is close to the Disney parks and several golf courses, including the first class Champions Gate complex. Nearby are Wal-Mart and Publix shopping centers, and restaurants are available for pizza, Indian and Chinese food to be delivered or picked-up. Mountain bikes are available at the West Orange Trail.

Great house very clean!!!
The house was exactly what the description said.... also very clean probably the cleanest we have ever rented.... management company was very helpful just had to call them for little things .... would definitely book again !!!! Donna
