The villa has a larger than normal 30ft x 15ft swimming pool (optionally heated) and wonderful spa. There is extended decking for sun enthusiasts or you can relax on our luxury patio furniture in the shade of the spacious lanai.
Inside the home it has been professionally decorated and furnished throughout, giving you a modern and relaxing environment to unwind in after a busy day out at the parks. Our villa sleeps up to 12 guests. There are six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Two large master suites (king beds) with en-suite bathrooms, one queen bedroom with a bathroom next door and three twin bedrooms. One twin has an en-suite, another has a bathroom next door and the other twin has a bathroom opposite.
You will also find two good sized seating areas, a formal dining area, a breakfast nook and a huge kitchen with all the expected amenities. There is also a laundry room should you wish to do any washing.
The home is mostly laid out over a single floor with only one master bedroom and accompanying bathroom upstairs. The design of this property means that you can spend as little or as much time together as you wish, making it an ideal multi-occupancy vacation home.
To keep the children entertained we have converted our triple garage into a fantastic games room which features an air hockey table, an 8ft slate pool table, a Simpson’s Foosball table and table tennis. There is also a stereo if you want to play music and a seating area.
