Our BEAUTIFUL LUXURY spacious villa is perfect for a family vacation – only minutes from Disney’s front door! This vacation home could not be more conveniently located to all the major attractions. Our home sleeps up to 8 people, with 1 King bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and two further rooms with twin bedrooms. Our 4-bedroom/3-bathroom villa is beautifully, yet comfortably decorated to make you feel right at home. Just minutes from us are some of the best shops and restaurants in the area, with easy access to the theme parks, and Disney World just 10 minutes away.Combine the Orange Tree facilities which are available to our guests, along with the fabulous location and this gives you;THE PERFECT VACATION BASE..From the minute you open the door you are greeted by the attractive welcome of the villa. The spacious family room and dining area offer an ideal place to relax during the day or evening.

Huge salt water pool and spa! Our south facing, screened pool get full sun everyday while the large lanai provides shade for relaxing or refreshments. This four bedroom, three bath home is located on a large corner lot in a quiet residential neighborhood and provides all your vacation needs.

The master bedroom suite has direct access to the pool and lanai. The en-suite bath has his and hers sinks, shower, and soaking tub. Our home is designed for excellent privacy with master suite on one side of the home, away from the others. Two additional bedrooms share a full bath and a fourth bedroom is next to the third bathroom with direct access to the pool.

Our Kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and all the accessories needed for providing meals for family and friends. We have a formal dining room, a dinete with a pool view or seating at the kitchen counter to accommodate all your dining needs. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with full sized washer, dryer and ironing board with iron.
