LIVING SPACE
The large modern family lounge overlooks the pool deck and features a sofa, loveseat and armchair. It has a 65’’ flat screen TV with cable and Blu-ray player. The family room is open plan to the well appointed kitchen with island / breakfast bar and dining area that seats eight people. The lay-out creates a fantastic and welcoming family living space at the heart of the home.

BEDROOMS
The large master bedroom looks out over the private pool and has a King-size bed, large 50’’ flat screen TV, built-in closet (wardrobes) and a generous en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet / WC with second wash hand basin that can also be accessed directly from the pool area. The second master has King-size bed, fitted wardrobes, large 50’’ flat screen TV and large en-suite bathroom with generous walk-in shower and separate WC. The front bedroom has a Queen bed, 40’’ flat screen TV and fitted closet space. The fourth twin bedroom has two twin (single) beds 40’’ flat screen TV and fitted closet space (wardrobes).
