Welcome to Solterra Splash - Our beautiful spacious town home has everything new and is kept new! As Owners we vacation there too and it’s home from home! The pool area has a south west/ conservation very quite private view with amazing sunsets. Its a 5 bedroom 5 & 1/2 bathroom with 2 Kings, 2 Twin rooms upstairs all with their own bathrooms, a queen down stairs all bedding and towels are of great quality and soft. With granite counters throughout and rain shower heads. Furnished with comfort and luxury to create a truly wonderful vacation rental home for our guests to enjoy. On entering our home you walk past the queen bedroom and bath room into a open plan kitchen, dinning and living room area and beyond that is a private pool with a BBQ, seating area, sun loungers and a out side bathroom. All rooms are equipped with the newest Smart TVs and Cable boxes with the Lounge and both twin rooms stocked with Blu-ray DVD players and over 100 movies to choose from. A full kitchen and laundry area makes this a great self catering home for vacationing family's for short or long stays.
The kitchen has a gas cooker/ stove, dishwasher, blender, microwave, coffee machine and toaster and stocked with pots and pans and all your entertaining needs for display and serving requirements. An island for meals and an area for clean up.
