Nice large villa in a great location (for us)

This villa is large and well furnished and is located on Hwy27 just off the I4, which for us is a perfect location. We always stay around here as the access is easy for everywhere. The only downsides are that the carpets are a little tired and stained in some areas, but not bad. We can't really blame the owners as this is a rental home and some people don't care for things like they should. The WiFi didn't work, but to fair, we didn't contact the management company who would probably have sorted it for us. Overall this is a nice base which we found comfortable and clean and would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property :)

Hi Judith/John, We spent a week at your villa and want to tell you how much we enjoyed our holiday. The house is very well maintained and met all of our expectations. There were four adults and two boys, 6 and 8 years old in our party. There was more than enough space for us all. There are televisions in all of the 5 bedrooms and also in the living room and family room but we only used the one in the family room. The house has modern appliances that work well. There is a washer and dryer to keep your clothes fresh and clean. The kitchen has all the conveniences to keep you well fed. The only thing you need to provide is the food. There are loads of dishes, glasses and cutlery for all your meals. There is a toaster, microwave, food mixer and coffee maker to prepare your foods. There are 5 bedrooms, a living room, family room, kitchen and dining room in this 2300 square foot home. It comes complete with an enclosed swimming pool at the back of the house and play room in the garage. There is a pool table and air hockey to keep you occupied when you are at home from DisneyWorld. We really appreciated the wi-fi that connected our laptop to the Internet and our friends and relatives at home. I will recommend this villa to any of my friends and relatives who want a nice holiday in Orlando and will return as soon as we can plan a trip to Orlando again. thanks to John and Judith for all they did to make this vacation a success for me and my family from the friendly and fast response emails to the safe and secure pay pal usage to the comfortable home away from home villa suitable for a large family like mine. which was close to gas stations,restaurants, shops and no more than 20minutes from Disney,sea world and water parks! not to mention all the amenities of the house. the house was very clean and had washer and dryer plenty of bathrooms and a play room with pool table and ice hockey along with a fenced in pool. everything was lovely we will be returning again thanks so much from my family to yours Kevin Brooks

This was just perfect, again the pictures on the internet are exactly how the house is. This is a very quite and relaxing area. The property and the house were spotless. When we called the management company they responded immediately. This is a very central location with plenty of shopping nearby. We stayed for 2 weeks and had no issues during our stay and we can't wait to stay again as John and Judith were great to work with, if you email them they respond within a few hours usually faster. We found a great pizza restaurant at the corner by the Irish pub true New York pizza (it was awesome) and the price was excellent. I would highly recommend this property without a doubt.

If you are looking for a vacation home in Orlando area, this is it! The house is exactly as advertised on HoneAway. Our family of 10 (6 adults & 4 children) stayed in John & Judith's home for our 10 day vacation and it was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone. The game room in the garage or the pool was great entertainment for all during our down time. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for all our cooking needs. The bedrooms had lots of dresser and closet space and the beds were comfortable! The house is close to Walmart, Target and 7-11. We were only 20 minutes from Disney and Legoland. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbours were very friendly. We are hoping to travel to Florida again in a couple of years and sending an email to John & Judith will be the first thing I do to inquire about the availability of their home! My only regret - that we didn't stay longer! Thanks for providing great accommodations!

This property is very well maintained with comfortable beds and seating. The pool was clean with plenty of towels for showers and pool use without needing to do laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. John and Judith were fantastic to work with when planning our trip too! Our family of 10 had plenty of room without feeling like we were on top of each other :) We will definitely return in the future!!

Hi Judith! Just want to say that we had a lovely time staying at your villa! When we arrived everything was perfect, clean and homely and we all thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Coleen was very helpful when there was a leak from the air conditioning and within 15 minutes 2 people arrived and it was all sorted! I will definately recommend you to anyone that I know wanting to stay in Orlando and if you have any customers needing a little more reassurance, then dont hesitate to forward my email address to them! This is our second visit, What a great Home we spent 3 weeks there this july and had a more than great time. the villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed. we already reccomended this villa to some of our friends. The Location is fantastic just of the I4 , really only 12mins from the attraction .

Rating 5 out of 5 Perfect end to a perfect holiday! smartin Cardiff, South Wales - UK Review Submitted: August 22, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009 We spent 3 weeks in florida - 2 weeks north and our final week in this lovely 5 bedroomed villa. When we all walked into the villa it was in perfect condition and very clean. There were 11 of us in our group and we all fitted into the villa comfortably - the 2 separate living areas were great, one was for the kids and one for the adults! There is a games room that kept the children entertained, dvd's and board games. There are plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, beds very comfortable with extra blankets if needed, and the pool area is safe for children and lit at night-time. In the local vicinity there is Target which sells basic groceries or a walmart, 10 minute drive away. There is also a 7-11 for the emergencies at the end of the main entrance to sunset ridge. The villa is approx. 10-15minute drive from the walt disney attractions and VERY easy to get to. Myself and all of my family would highly recommend hiring this villa - the owners were very prompt and helpful with any questions I had before we hired the villa and during the lead upto us going. I want to go back!!
