Our fantastic villa sleeps 2-12 persons, has 5 large bedrooms with a total of 4/5 bathrooms and showers, a Jacuzzi and 5WC including a seperate shower area and seperate pool side WC. There 6 brand new LCD televisions in the house-one LCD tv. in each bedroom plus the family area. The villa is in an upmarket superb gated community of watersong. The swimming pool overlooks directy a beautiful sparkling lake in a conservation area. If you like fishing, here is a chance! The accommodation includes A FORMAL LOUNGE, A FAMILY ROOM, TWO FORMAL DINING AREA, A BREAKFAST BAR, THREE MASTER BEDROOMS, ONE DOUBLE BDRM, DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH TWO TWIN BEDS plus extra sleeping if needed. Watersong Villa

Best villa we have stayed in, extremely clean both inside and out. No issues what so ever.

Enjoyed our vacation.

House was as stated. Very clean..kitchen stocked with essentials. Only complaint is the mattress in the downstairs bedroom was lumpy and all the comforters were a little out dated other than that we would rent again.

As regards your latter comment, the comforters were chosen by an American professional interior designer to match the rest of the house-by no means out of date. Just the style. The mattress has since been checked by our agent and would seem to have been due to the mattress cover legally required as protective mattress cover. Has been rectified. Do come back again. We very much enjoyed our stay. The home is much more spacious then the pictures give credit for. Kitchen was clean and ready for use. Suggestions... Upgrade bedding the sheets were rough and comforter was dated. Also be more clear about the heating of the pool.. it states heated pool but doesn't say an additional fee for it. When we arrive which was a day later then scheduled the cleaning lady was still in the home cleaning. And we had to have maintenance come out and are clean the pool which was full of dead bugs.

Thank you for appreciating the huge size, lakeview location and cleanliness in our home. To address the last half of the review: 1. The sheets are in no way out dated. nor the were the bed sheets 'rough' -not sure what that means. In fact, the furniture and furnishings were put together by a professional designer to the tone of over $50,000 and done to match with the rest of the setting. We as owners were there for two weeks, barely 3 months before your arrival and we replaced a lot of the bed sheets. As for the cleaner there, our agent reported that yourselves, our guests- wanted some extra touch. The pool is cleaned thoroughly every week but due to December weather, it is common to find very very few bugs, which is human nature and could have easily happened soon after pool clean. We also understand from our agents that they were offered cash by yourselves to turn the pool heating on. Every, or at least most visitors know that pool heating is extra as it consumes huge electricity and clearly listed also. There is NOTHING hidden with our pricing. Thank you again for your custom. Glad you enjoyed the luxurious spacious home with unbeatable spectacular view. Happy New Year!
