There's a family BBQ Area and a clubhouse that hosts a small movie theatre, fitness center, video game arcade, pool tables and table tennis tables a computer room and not to forget a sundry shop on location too serving all the essentials. A tiki bar serves refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as snacks. There are sports courts including volleyball, basketball & tennis.
The home itself is south facing so you'll benefit from the Florida sunshine throughout the day when relaxing by the splash pool. With all bedrooms having their very own en-suite bathroom we have a Queen on the ground level with the Master bedroom upstairs along with the Mickey Mouse themed twin bedroom across the hall. Laundry is on site as well as a well furnished kitchen and comfortable dining and lounge area makes this the perfect home away from home here in the Sunshine State.
